- Issuing of a special class of shares, reserved to our Shareholders-Investors which include advantages in terms of a privilege on the Art Finance Fund Equity-Assets and in terms of a privilege in the Dividends distribution;
- A redemption privilege can be exercised at any time (Open Ended mode) by the Shareholders-Investors (unless a different agreement is not directly taken with the A.F. Art Fund Management Team);
- Investing / divesting option at the N.A.V (Net Asset Value), daily published by the administrative service Company;
- Investment option on “Asset Backed Secured” fixed rate Notes secured by underlying certified and insured Artwork Assets.
- Contribution “in kind” option in exchange of the Art Finance Fund Shares subscription;
- Diversification in the Asset allocation option. While hedging the risks it allows to participate “pro quota“ to some Art Market opportunities, otherwise less affordable for a single Qualified Investor;
- Artworks storing option for our Shareholders-Investors. It allows them to expose and display some of the Art Finance Fund Artworks at certain terms and conditions within their own homes and/or offices;
- Customized savings plan option. According to the single Shareholder-Investor specific needs.
Art Finance Fund by joining together the best financial practices alongside the Art Market ones, grants specific solutions.
Some examples:
- Securitization of illiquid Artworks Assets throughout a contribution “in kind” in exchange of the Art Finance Fund Class B Shares subscription;
- Arranging of “Asset Backed Secured” Bonds secured by a pledge of underlying Artworks;
- Estate planning concerning Artworks Legacies;
- Artworks and collection highlighting and enhancing activity performed by the Art Finance Fund Management Teams;
- Tax expenditure minimizing process concerning the profits arising from the Artworks trading activities. In compliance with the current Legislation.
